Week 15 vs NE...very end of the game, the Steelers end up botching an attempt to at least kick a game tying FG...some blame to go all around, Ben and Tomlin included, but not be ready offensively for whatever after 15-20 mins of waiting for a ruling made zero sense to me.

True! When they take that long with a review you know they are overturning the call and trying to determine where the original line of scrimmage was. And, if you're going to fake spike it, why in the world do you run a slant right into where most of the Def is standing around instead of a fade to the corner where either your receiver catches it or it falls incomplete?????

That's just one, but so blatantly the OC's lack of preparation jumped off the page. They were not ready when play was resumed.

That can't be true...forget about $12 mil contracts...a guy making $500 a week is not going to steal a $15 phone charger. I hope not anyway!

Sounds like a typical football player maybe not knowing how to handle a situation w/o it becoming a physical thing, ends up with the cops involved.

Dumb jock shit.

I'm sure that's what it is. But details just muddy the water.

RAVENS EMPLOY CRIMINAL ROBBER!

Sounds sooooooo much better.

Likely just a bad attitude on the kid..... I see it, it's mine, type of attitude. I'm sure this wasn't discouraged during his high school or college years. Now he has a lot to lose though.... Time to start making better decisions.

Ravens always know how to kick things off in the offseason. I'm just surprised he didn't suffer a season-ending injury to go along with the arrest.

No word yet on how many games Vontaze Burfict will be suspended for Marlon Humphrey's legal problems.

AJ McCarron wins grievance with Cincinnati and becomes a UFA. Sucks for Cincy that they couldn't get anything out of him now and will have to wait for a conditional pick return in 2019. I thought for sure they would get a 2nd or 3rd Rd pick. I know it was Cleveland's fault for the trade mishap, but it still looks like another stain on Marvin Lewis' resume.

Anybody catch Haley's recent presser? Dude has some balls on him to imply some of the things he did.

Todd Haley says all the right things as he begins his tenure with the Browns

“I was brought in to do a job, and I felt like I did that job or more,” Haley said. “I did a lot of really good things. We developed arguably the best receiver in the league. We developed arguably the best back in the league, one of the top quarterbacks in the league consistently did a lot of good things. We scored a lot of points.

Sorry, but it sort of sounds like Haley is taking credit for Brown & Bell's development, at least partially. No Haley... You rode their coattails, not the other way around. You should be thanking them, not praising yourself. A child calling plays on xbox games would be equally as conducive to their development if put in the same situation as you Haley. Bottom line, Brown & Bell deserve the most credit for their own development.

I think he was brought in to develop the short passing game and get back to a consistent running game. To his credit, Arians did not have the work horse RB in Bell that Haley had, but Haley did achieve a lot of statistical 1sts etc. so he should be thumping his chest in CLE...from where they sit, his body of work has to look pretty good.

He's no longer in PIT because he's not a championship caliber game planner or game caller.

I'm still not buying it... The exact words he chose takes a gigantic leap of faith to endorse.

Agreed.

I think more than anything...I'm saying he can sell that CLE, but if you're really competing for SBs...you shouldn't be buying Haley.

Good point. CLE will eat up every word of it.
