Kinda hoping some of the old-timers on SportsHoopla come forward and lay out the "story" of @dougplayer . It does not take a detective to see that the "hand" behind that poster has changed over time....maybe more than once. Simply go back and read posts "doug" wrote in 2015 or so....poor spelling, but totally different.
I am sure that 1 or 2 people that post here are "in" on the story...I just wonder if it will ever be told.

I'm curious if the latest (newest) doug even lives in, or near, Detroit? It has been pretty much established that ''newbie'' here, has little sports knowledge...especially when it comes to Detroit teams.
Would love to start the New Year...and a then a new thread, with the story of @dougplayer all explained.
