How do both Hagg and Sanheim get the same grade? Hagg has been at least a B if not B+.

Not me, but I did give Morgan Frost an A+ and our extra 2018 1st round pick too since St. Louis is sinking in the standings.

What grade does Brayden Schenn get since his linemate Schwartz went down? 1 goal and a -7 in 15 games. Those 6 assists he has are big though and that 45% faceoff win percentage. Probably helped his team win all 5 of those last 15. Considering how much he plays and the tremendous opportunities he still has, I'll give him an F.

I agree with most of the article here, however if the only mark against Eliott is on the man advantage then I can give him a little pass as he has a pretty young D in front of him without much physicality, he deserved at least an A-

It would be Provorov plus without a doubt. I wouldn’t be overly interested in that deal personally. But Matthews is franchise cornerstone caliber.

I wouldn't part with prov but i would do Sanheim, Meyers, Frost the second number one from the blues deal and a number 1 in 2020.

I think that's actually pretty in line with what it would take. I wouldn't do that, but take out Sanheim or Myers and I would think about it. I would be worried about the Flyers d-depth if you traded both of them.

Two firsts a prospect with top 6 potential and a dman with top 4 potential. Would be an odd move from the leafs perspective because they're already a young team, but interesting nonetheless.

We would still have Ghost Hagg Prov Morin Alt Vasiliev as our young D men and we have our own 1st round pick this season and next for defense if we needed to do that. Its why i would include both sanheim and meyers so they would be hard pressed to refuse. Or even one of our goalie prospects if you want to take out a defenseman because we have Hart taking over full time soon.

I would like to keep guys like Hart, Myers, Morin and obviously Provorov/Ghost. Otherwise, Sanheim and virtually any of our other prospects and picks are open for discussion in a trade for a franchise-type player.

Those rosters are a joke, by the way. Voracek is leading the league in assists by a mile with 43. Couturier is tied for 4th in goals with 23 and a top candidate for the Selke. Ghost is 4th among defensemen in scoring and he's not even the best defender on our team. None of these guys made it and that's just our team. A bunch more across the league were snubbed too.

The rosters are too small with the current format.

They literally could've made a 5th or even 6th team (as if there were that many divisions) out of extra players just taken at large from the league. Those teams would be just as good as the other four...Lol
