It's not the coaching, it's the QB. Seattle fans are just not willing to admit that Wittow Wusty Wilson has no fucking idea how to read a defense and step up INTO the pocket to buy an extra second or two and hit his 2nd or 3rd option. Unless and until he does that, there is no combination of OL's and coaches that is going to make things better.

Too many of you have fallen in love wit Wusty's school yard broken plays for large gains and and ignore that he sucks otherwise.

Add in Pete Carroll's undisciplined program and you get what you got. No playoffs.

LMFAO

You manage to call every QB in football shitty, every single one

But one of course

Tom Cable had final say on o-line guys. Now he's gone :thumb:
Actually Pete and Schnieder have the final say. That's why I said they need to burden a lot of the blame.

Bottom line they make the decisions on coaches and players. How much to pay them... They set the tone for day to day ops as well as the discipline for team infractions. Ultimately they are to blame for the product you see on the field each week.

Time for Pete to go, I think this coming season will be the end of Carroll and Jon Harbaugh

I'm not saying niether JS or PC are bad. You can certainly do worse. But too many people want to give them an almost free ride.

That’s Rex.

The ultimate megadouchey, know it all, wanna be NFL expert super hater.

I just don't understand why he incorporates a speech impediment into his posts when he's talking about Russell Wilson. It isn't necessary. I already read them as if they're being written by a 10 year old with down syndrome anyway.

Except for the QBs I didn't call shitty, you're absolutely right!

Tough break on the Giants playoff loss last week dude, at least Eli didn't throw any picks though, that must have felt good.

3 putz's comment and none of them want to address or admit that Wittle Wusty couldn't read a fucking defense if his life depended on it.

One schmuck that is an Arizona fan :wank: and has never seen a real QB play the position.

Another schmuck that is one of 12 Seahawk fans and thinks Matt fucking Hasselbeck is the shizz.

And our resident savant that has convinced himself that the drooling water head Eli Manning plays defense.

This place is awesome!

BTW, I'm terribly sorry for making fun of your little boy, Mr's Wilson.

I'll try to be better.

Serious question, who are Seahawk fans going to blame for every loss next year? Without those two I'm told the Seahawks wouldn't have lost a game since they drafted Russell Wilson.

I know if I'm just giving you the attention you're begging so hard for here, but it's pretty easy to disprove everything you said. Google search and five minutes gives the following:

Looking at 2016 stats:

Russell Wilson has been NFL's top statistical QB when not under siege

The above references this article:

FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | Quarterbacks and Pressure, 2016

Which includes data as well as this quote:

"There's a good argument that Russell Wilson, since he entered the league in 2012, has the best overall stats of all these quarterbacks. His DVOA with pressure is second only to Roethlisberger, and his DVOA without pressure is the best in the league, even surpassing Brady's. The problem is that Wilson is easily the most-pressured quarterback in the league, facing it on over a third of his plays for the Seahawks."

Looking at 2015 stats:

Five numbers behind Russell Wilson's historic season

From the above:

"118.6 -- Wilson's passer rating on throws from inside the pocket. Not only was that the top mark among this year's group, but no quarterback in the past three seasons has posted a higher number."

But yeah man. Wilson is only good on broken plays and sucks otherwise.

In reality those two brought the first championship that Seattle had seen in 35+ years. That probably allows them a longer leash when things aren't going well.
I think they definitely deserve blame for the way the last few years have gone. Holding onto Bevell and Cable a year to long falls on them too. Purging the coaching staff was what needed to be done. If these next coaches flop and they still aren't having good drafts then I think after 2019 you have to look at them closely
