Of course theres more to the game. Doesnt mean people werent freaking out about a nothingburger though.

And of course the owner can decide how he wants his team represented. But owners who get upset over stuff like that or who arent sure if they want 24 year old superstars on their team because theyre divas are dumb.

So how did any of them not represent NE well, with the exception of Gronkowski of late? Gronkowski may be gone when this season ends. Hell, even Blount was a model citizen in NE.

I think you are mistaking the concept of drafting a possible head case, over drafting/signing a known Diva.

Aside from Brady, none of those guys were brought in with the intention of being the face of the franchise.

Brady and gronk don't do anything different than obj. If you're talented Bellicheck will give you some leeway.

Gronk wasnt drafted to be the face of the team.

Brady who IS the face of the team, might do some questionable stuff on the field when it comes to the proper pressure f a football... but I dont think the Patriots are ever worried Tom will come out and say the wrong things. Or act like a spoiled 5 year old and start throwing his coaches and team mates under the bus if he has a bad game.

Ehh Gronk is a pretty public face of the Pats. Maybe he isnt THE face, but hes right there and I think that matters.

I think youre putting a little too much faith in Brady there. Though FWIW I dont know who we've mentioned yet that we have to worry about throwing teammates and coaches under the bus.

I agree, it was a very good read and primer on draft possibilities.

Now I know that @Sharkinva has been putting out the idea that Lamar Jackson is the target of this team, but I believe that we already have Lamar Jackson on payroll.....His name is Terrell Pryor.

we will know by march if we need a qb if so it will be at 14 baker or danold rosen and allen will be gone or bengals cut dalton and gruden picks him up

Not to be a downer but do you see any of these guys being available to us with pick #14-17? If Baker is there and if Scotty Mac said he is great then I take him. Out of all the mistakes the Redskins have made in my lifetime the handling of Scotty was #1. He was turning our team from a laughing stock to a tough, intelligent team, competitive football team.

allen is getting love because of his size athletic ability , and the fact wyoming isnt a very good team that lost 6 players to the pro's

i dont agree with it , mind you , but that is why plus he has a big arm . in my opinion he is a project and if we draft him you are lining up colt mccoy under center in 18
