Why would anyone want to take a chance on LiAngelo with the way his father is. Who wants to deal with this POS for a guy to be a 15th man on the roster or on a 2 way contract?

Jason Tatum currently shooting 51.3% from 3 pt range...

... which leads the NBA.

The kid only shoots 9 shots a game. In thee future this kid will be all about buckets. But its his defense also that sets him apart. AND HE IS A TEENAGER

Dude, Lavar is pimping his kids out.

You have your 16 year old drop out of HIGH SCHOOL to go pro because you can't get your thieving, average playing middle kid a job unless it's a package deal?

Lithuania Wtf?

Hopefully, Lavar goes with them and never returns.

Among the overseas clubs that a representative for the Ball family approached about signing 19-year-old LiAngelo and his 16-year-old younger brother LaMelo is Lietkabelis of the Lithuanian Basketball League, general manager Mantas Ignatavičius confirmed Tuesday to Yahoo Sports. Lietkabelis coach Arturs Stalbergs subsequently scoffed at the idea in a since-deleted tweet that poked fun at LiAngelo’s shoplifting arrest in China last month. “We have an opening at the security staff since they have an experience in this field,” Stalbergs wrote.

He's worse in the 4th quarter....I'm sure that'll really help the team.
How would we know considering his ass is usually glued to the bench for the entire 4th quarter?

.....and rightfully so.

A little structure at PG in the 4th would actually help. Clarkson is all about his own shot.

Mecca I think its fair to say the draft was as deep as they said. We also got this kid Semi O who is raw but plays defense like Smart does. But Mitchell and Kazuma are the real surprises

Yeah, so far so good.

I like Semi.

That kid is a load.

I try to keep it real and admit when I'm wrong.

Boy was I wrong about Danny Ainge.

No matter how well Lonzo or Fultz perform in the future, Tatum was the right choice AND you got a future first out of it.

Goddamn...lol

Jayson Tatum is Gaining Ground on Ben Simmons

Mecca it looks like it was a super smooth move that Danny pulled.

By the way the above article has it down. The teenager is nearly on pace to be a rare 50/50/90 player as a 19 year old to boot. 15 points and 7 rebounds at the half tonight as they have to have him play more minutes with jaylen and Morris out.

But its his defense that makes him the best multi tooled player in the draft

Simmons has a legitimate claim to be an all-star. Tatum does not.

I agree with you on simmons. While Tatum will probably max out as an all star very good type player, I would not rule out super star status for him just yet. Not many 19 year old rooks are able to start on good teams and have anywhere near the impact he has had.

Yeah, I agree that Simmons is a notch (or probably two notches) above his competition for ROY.

Which is no shame to anyone else.

Tatum is somewhat limited by the fact that he is not in a position to be a true lead dog (Kyrie and Horford have that covered). Donovan Mitchell has started to swell, and represents the best potential competition IMO.

Just by the numbers game, no chance for Tatum since he is a third option.

Too many guys that have never been are playing well ex. Simmons, Embiid, Gordon, Porzingis.

But, there is a precedent for him making it in the future.

2014-15 Hawks.

Tatum may turn out to be the better player than Simmons. Or they may both turn into elite super stars.

But for this year there is a clear gap. I also don't believe that Tatum is going to finish the season with one of the best 3pt% in NBA history. He's shooting significantly better from 3 than from 2(.519 to .508)
