I wish I needed this. My body wakes up with my internal alarm clock and lately it's 30 minutes before my alarm (on my cell) goes off.

I hate it. I wake up and it's like I already drank a full cup of coffee and am ready to go. I try to sleep and I can't.

Waaay too much activity. I woke up about 5:30 with one of the wife's cats sitting on me and staring at me with an "Get me some food, fucker" look on his face. Managed to feed the cats, get some coffee and log on to tHoop.

And that feels like too much activity. lol

I just turned 46 and ever since, I've been going to bed around 9pm-ish and waking up at 2:30-3am. Try to get back to sleep and can't. Frustrating.
