Nats hold on to a 2-1 lead for most of the game and then give up 4 runs in the 8th or 9th and Nats fans start sounding like Indians fans.

That said, I hope I'm wrong.

Nats can't lose another game 5 at home right?

4-2 Nats win

Typically, I watch nearly every minute of every MLB playoff game, regardless of the teams, but right now, I just don't feel like it.

It's also tough trying to figure out who I'd root for.

Astros - Dallas Keuchel annoys the shit out of me and I dislike Verlander. Fuck them.

Yankees - Right now I fucking hate Gregorious, Bird, Fraizer and CC (Judge is cool, though) and they're they fucking Yankees. Fuck them.

Cubs - I kind of like the Cubs as a franchise, but every time I see Rizzo's smug face, I want to wipe it off with a belt sander. Fuck the Cubs.

Dodgers - I've got a Brooklyn Dodgers hat that I like, and I don't really have anything against them, but it's just against my nature to root for the proverbial Goliath. Fuck them.

Nationals - I've got nothing against them. Kind of like Harper despite his douchiness. They just seem kind of milquetoast to me. I guess they win by default.

I dont know how you could watch (hope you do), but I never watch a second of it, listen to a second of sports talk, or even pick up a paper for about a month after the Yankees are eliminated

I may possibly be doing that in a week

being "overwhelming favorites" only means so much in baseball

No shit, bro? Now you tell me.

Hold on a second while I grab a pen and paper - I want to jot down these groundbreaking revelations.

Does the home crowd actually work as an advantage here? You'd figure the whole crowd is going to have the fear of God in them the whole time its close. Basically Arrowhead in the playoffs. Great home crowd but when the playoffs come around everyone knows the history.

Do you watch in the years when the Yankees miss the playoffs?

Youre in no position to feel bad for Kluber, but i did last night

That guy seems like all class....Says he "would never say Im stunned by what happened cause that would be dis-respectful to how good the Yankees are"

I like him quite a bit, and I don't blame him for our fortunes. I don't think he choked mentally because of how badass he was last year. I think there's something physically wrong with him, and he's kept it to himself, which speaks to your impression of him being all class.

It was tough watching Sabathia carve us up. Et tu, brutus? and all of that. Not fun. I always loved that guy.

The first HR from Didi, I just thought a mistake pitch and he was still looking pretty awesome otherwise

Obviously the 2nd one, you knew something was off
