My pick is the same as Dana White...UFC 50 Matt Huges vs Frank Trigg 2. You couldn't have written it better!

Rhonda getting her ass kicked. Thankfully we probably wont see her 1-trick ass fight much more.

Personally Griffin vs Jackson was a great fight. First major fight I watched, and it was awesome. Got me into MMA.

I can't think of what my favorite all time fight is but one of the most enjoyable ones that I can remember is one that aired before the first UFC on FOX card, which was Ben Henderson vs Clay Guida.

What was the one where the guy sprung off the cage to deliver a kick right to the side of his opponent's head? Most badass thing I have ever seen. That was some Mortal Kombat shit.

Jones Franklin was pretty eye popping. Franklin’s nose doing a lap around his head was quite gruesome.

Griffin Bonner was probably the biggest fight in MMA history. It really opened the door for the sport into main stream.

My favorite fight was probably Sakuraba vs Royce Gracie in the old Pride days. Sakuraba was the first, or the first major? fighter to beat any of the Gracies, but then he went after all of the cousins and nephews and all of them, beat like 5-6 Gracie's the wjolevtime falling for Royce or Rickson. Finally Royce agreed to fight him, but only with special rules. I don't remember all of the rules, but I do remember no judges, and ref couldn't stop the fight. 15 minute rounds, and had to win by submission. Completely favoring Gracie, as Sakuraba had been a pro wrestler in Japan with very little formal training.

7 rounds. 1 hour 45 minutes. Much of the fight was boring to many fans at the time, anyone not familiar with BJJ. But Saku rolled with Royce Gracie on the mat for over an hour and came out the winner.

Sea change moment for all of MMA.

Love UFC. The best fights were way back in the beginning when they didn't have weight classes, and would run one night tournaments. Brutal. In recent years, I've enjoyed Brock Lesnar fights the most. Diaz beating McGregor was awesome.
