he's average
Oh, well then we've got plenty of guys that can do that.

Before he got injured last year he was having the all-time best ever season for Mets second basemen. Or maybe that was two years ago, I really don't pay any attention unless they get into the playoffs.

Phillies have some intriguing pieces going into next year (Altherr, Hoskins, Nola, Williams) and some other solid players (Herrera and Hernandez). It could be a pretty decent lineup, especially if Crawford plays well and Franco finally starts to live up to the hype (though that looks rather iffy right now). The rotation is probably a few years away though.

I heard one pundit say the Phils have a cashbox full of money to spend if they want to pick up a FA or two -- and not just a couple from the herd either. So it depends on how they want their rebuild to continue. It's still hard to find pitchers.

4. Matt Kemp :behindsofa:
1.6 WAR over the last four seasons. He hasn't completely stunk offensively (last year was his worst by wRC+ and it was still 100), but he doesn't hit well enough to make up for his inability to run the base paths or his god awful defense. What a lousy contract.

Harvey for Profar rumors are terrifying. Hold on to him, hope he rebounds and flip him at the deadline when his value is up a bit.

It's crazy to think Profar will only be 25 next year. I could still see him turning into a useful player, he did show signs of life in the minors this year (.287/.383/.428 with more walks than strikeouts in AAA) and even though it feels like he's been around forever, he was still relatively young for AAA. I think both players could benefit from a change in scenery.

Who will be worth more WAR in 2018: Harper or the entire Marlins roster?
