SD has been so bad since the roster split.

I don't know how you can screwup AJ Styles vs Kevin Owens but they've somehow pulled it off. AJ wins the belt clean at a non-televised house show but loses twice at PPVs in abrupt , weird, and anti-climactic finishes?
Don't know what the point of this feud is.
It's like they're killing time before each wrestler moves onto something bigger.

Great Battleground so far.

Every match is a 4 star or under. At the Flag match now

Was Lana back with Rusev or are they officially split for the business?

I liked the title match a lot. Khali coming back was a great touch.

I am glad I did not see it. Khali reminds me of that fateful day when Andre the Giant had to be carried to the ring in a lift disguised as a throne, they needed to drop the ropes so he could get into the ring, then he allowed Hogan to body slam him to beat him. The whole botton half of Khali looked like it moves a few second after the brain tells it to move.

That's why he isn't wrestling. As a body guard/big fuckign guy he is perfect. He doesn't have to do anything else.

Yea, Khali could be fine as a bodyguard for Jinder, but the issue is it's likely too little too late, since many don't see him walking out of Summerslam as champ, and it's a good bet he won't be in the main event (or even mid-card) title picture after that, considering how title run hasn't been what they were hoping for.

HUGE SPOILER FROM BACKSTAGE AT SMACKDOWN (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED) | PWInsider.com
http://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.php?id=111301&p=2
In speaking to two different sources backstage at today's WWE Smackdown Live taping in Cleveland, Ohio, we have been told that the plan is for WWE champion Jinder Mahal to defend his title against Shinsuke Nakamura at Summerslam.

_____________

Honestly I'm thinking Nakamura wins the title, a huge win over Cena and then a title victory would make him as a star.

Good. I am a huge Cena fan, but I was kind of hoping that Rusev was goingt to go over Cena at the last PPV. I still think we see Cena on Raw sooner than later.

This PPV is the last he's scheduled for SD, he's advertised for Raw going forward. Which honestly wth Cena getting a big role in the Transformers Bumblebee spinoff it makes sense to use him wherever you can since he wont be around for much longer.

I can also see Nakamura winning the belt and dropping it to Corbin in a cash-in

Cena took a legit bump there. Nakamura apologized several times.

If Cena wasn't built like an NFL linebacker he might have broken his neck on that move. I was legitimately worried until he stood up

Best SD in ages.
Owens/AJ,.Rusev/Gable and Nak/Cena were all PPV quality. Gable was the star of the night imo.
Also the Fashion Files is the best thing WWE has going. Tonight's was the best one yet.
