Wisconsin's schedule is bullshit this year. They play BYU, Utah State and Florida Atlantic in the OOC and then miss MSU, Penn State and OSU in the B10 schedule while playing Michigan at home. Hence the total BS in 14 team conferences.

It evens out. Look at Wisconsin's schedule for 2016.

The amount of tears from LSU fans going home at the Atlanta airport was quite enjoyable. They were easy to pick out in their purple.

Every one of them wanted Miles fired.

B1G west baby. Three years ago, the death of leaders and legends(thank god) I commented that the B1G West would be the worst conference in CFB in five years. I might have been to kind.

My guess, Florida is not looking forward to their next loss to Michigan.

If Missouri loses to Purdue, ha ha ha.

I actually have us losing to Florida, but maybe that's just my coping mechanism so I don't get too excited. We haven't done too well in these special matchups early in the season in the last like 15 years.

tOSU doesn't seem to be doing much for its conference partners...just saying.
They are the only one thats been consistently doing anything with SOS for their conference partners. Your just saying is wrong Mr. postman.

I don't remember if it was this year or last that was the second leg of the H/H we had scheduled with Wisky that got cancelled when their conference realignment happened, but that's a common thing. It's easy to bash teams for not having stronger schedules, but once a high value team backs out there generally aren't high value teams left to take an opening. These things are planned out many years ahead.

I really don't care why we have shit OOC games. I still have to pay for garbage tickets either way. There's no such thing as parity or equality in college football as it is so I'm not all that worked up over those implications.
Yeah Oregon ended up with a shit 18 but was able to get a 1 timer with Auburn in 19 in Texas

I feel like Minnesota always has an easy schedule.

I also feel Illinois needs and easy schedule to have a shot at winning 4 games. ;)

Minnesota will have a hard time scheduling big name opponents because it will not look like a quality win for the opponent so Minn is stuck at a mid-card level looking for mi-card opponents.

They actually have the easiest 8 schedules with Penn State, Rutgers and Iowa having the 6th, 7th and 8th easiest schedules, respectively. But I just stopped at 5 in both directions.
Iowa plays 3 top 10 type teams with road games also vs NW and Nebraska and they're in the top 10 easiest? Lol. I'd hate to look at other teams schedules then

I hear what you're saying, but I love those games. Those are the games that I'm comfortable taking my son to right now. It's usually not packed and the intensity isn't there, meaning there aren't a bunch of belligerent drunks cussing and fighting and it's the closest thing to a "sure" win that you can get. Now, as he gets older I'll be more willing to take him to the big games where you're season is at stake and letting him experience the intensity in the parking lot and the stadium. A completely different gameday experience when FSU or Sakerlina come to town and I'm just not ready for him to see all that yet.

My parents often take the grandkids to the Alabama vs FCS game for similiar reasons. Lower ticket costs is another.

Oh I don't take my daughter to games when the ducks are in town, but those are games where you take your loudest mouthed buddy you can anyway.

We get enough meh games as it is. Not a lot of violence when UCLA comes to town for instance. And the worst part about USC coming is just their entirely fucking retarded band and that same stupid shit they play over and over again like chinese water torture with musical instruments. Sounds like we don't face much of the same obstacles.

I don't mind a shitty game or maybe even two, but when all 3 OOC are utter and complete jokes it's kind of frustrating. You pay so much to keep those season tickets and want every shot at seeing one of the big national teams you don't get to see in person very often. With H/H deals you only get a shot at one of those big teams about every other year in your home stadium. To go several without is just frustrating.

True on taking the loudmouth. You gotta take him. And FSU is to us what USC is to you. They do that cot damn war chant for almost the entire game. Annoying as fuck!

And as for our OOC games, we normally play 2 sec teams, one of them being the dirtpeckers which we play every year. Not too much to bitch about there. This year we have 2 cupcakes, outside of the Wakes and Syracuses of the ACC, in Kent St. and the Citadel, who we all know BEAT south carolina the last time they played.

oh, and in before some USC fan posts that youtube link of 10 straight hours of their fight song.

Hell, the last 8 hours of that could contain information on how to make a bomb and not one person would ever know. No chance even their own fans have ever made it that far.

So the B1G is a one team conference. Gotcha.

All Florida teams have horrible game fans. The state is messed up. I'm done with Gainesville for life, would rather go to Tuscaloosa.

You also have 3 garbage OOC games, Purdue, Illinois, Michigan State and Minnesota. And NW and Nebraska aren't considered top 25 teams.

If Michigan State is going to be considered a garbage team because of one season then so should Oregon and UCLA.

And who doesn't have some garbage opponents?

I wasn't necessarily saying Michigan State is going to be garbage. I was just laying out the rest of the schedule. I do think Michigan State is undervalued, at least where they're ranked as it pertains to the FPI ranking. I think they'll be anywhere from about 30-50 for the upcoming season(I can see anywhere from an 8-4 to 5-7 regular season record). I do think UCLA is a little overvalued in this initial FPI ranking. But I've seen Oregon in other people's top 25, and haven't seen UCLA outside of the top 40, which I think is about right.
