Yes, great win for Canada at this event. Speaks greatly, I hope, for the future of Canadian basketball.

Canuckistan Wouldn't help us in iraqistan.
Watchoo talkin' 'bout Rufus? Didn't one of our Special Forces sniper dudes in Iraq just set the world record for picking off an ISIS raghead at 2.2 miles? In fact, we hold 3 of the top 5 records.

I saw Barrett play last year. Good player, but if he were going directly against the top US recruits (ie Porter, Ayton, Bagley, etc.), he's not putting up 38 points. That was hardly our best possible team.

Porter and Ayton are two years ahead of Barrett in the 2017 class, and Bagley is a year ahead in the 2018 class unless he can somehow reclassify. Barrett is the #1 recruit in his respective class of 2019 by scout.com. Be as it may he still put up 38 points and 13 rebounds against Diallo, PJ Washington, and Cam Reddish, which is two of Kentucky's players now and a Top 10 recruit in the 2018 class, as well as John Calipari as their coach. It was an impressive showing by a rising high school Junior nonetheless.
