I bet our man saddles can give me/us some stats on where our BP is in innings pitched to date, versus other teams. It can't be great.

Absolutely.......but our starters have frankly overachieved and our BP has floundered for the most part. Agreed?

You take Martinez out in the 4th and the arms in the pen are abused again, and there's no way around this. Can't just keep burning up the pen, especially when the pen is lacking/over-used. Agree?

Can't agree more. Nick is a #5 pitcher. If he keeps it at 3 runs and gives us 6 I would call that good enough.

I honestly understand Duane's concerns re: Banny and the "use of pitchers" in general.

I wonder where our continuity/philosophy is between the manger/pitching coach/BP coach. Perhaps even the front office.
