I don't get the point of signing a guy like that with 2014 looking like a total rebuilding season. We're supposed to be taking money off the books, not signing aging veterans who will cost more than they are worth.
The IP should have made it clear in this thread title that he was talking about the ChiSox, not my Red Sox.
The Red Sox have too much outfield speed and depth to be interested in past-their-prime types.

This wouldn't make sense for the White Sox - they got a lot of issues on that team and signing Curtis Granderson isn't going to make them any better
